2 each medium Avocados (ripe)
3 TBSP Olive or Vegetable Oil (don’t use extra virgin olive oil. The olive flavor is too strong)
1 1/2 TBSP fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 TBSP “Cali” Guacamole Seasoning.
1) Dice two medium size ripe Hass avocados. Do this by cutting then in half and removing the pit. Cut ½ inch slices both vertically and horizontally and use a spoon to remove avocado from the skin. – Figure 1.

2) Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 ½ tablespoons of fresh lime juice (bottled juice if you prefer, it’s quicker) and grind 1 ½ tablespoons “Cali” Guacamole Seasoning. Note: You could grind the spice mix with an electric spice grinder if you are doing a larger batch.
3) Mix together and let rest for at least 20 minutes for the flavors to release.
