Demerara Sugar - This sugar is made from pure sun sweetened sugar cane that is less refined than traditional sugar. This Demerara Cane sugar is crystallized from the initial pressing of 100% pure cane and is made up of large amber granules with a hint of molasses and each crystal which gives the sugar a delicious depth of flavor that is earth friendly and unique.

We use this is place of any other type of sugar in all our spice blends, as a less refined more natural form of cane sugar.
