Chimichurri Seasoning - This is a classic uncooked steak sauce from Argentina and Uruguay. Our Chimichurri Seasoning contains the classic ingredients: cilantro, parsley, garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes with the addition of onion flakes and Pacific Sea Salt.
To make the Chimichurri sauce add 3 TBSP of the Chimichurri Seasoning to a small bowl with 3 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 1/2 tsp of red wine vinegar. Stir to combine. Let rehydrate for 10 minutes.
As an alternative you can grind the Chimichurri Seasoning onto extra virgin olive oil.
