Applewood Smoked Sea Salt - This is a flaky sea salt that is smoked with sweet aged Applewood creating a delicious savory flavor. This Applewood smoked sea salt is mild enough to be used with fish shellfish, poultry, pork, ham and sausage. This adds a softer smoke flavor than the Hickory Smoked Sea Salt.

  • To use the Grate Grinds Applewood Smoked Sea Salt, grind some on you salmon, trout, pork, chicken breast or steak after you rub or spray a little oil, salt and pepper all over.  It will give your fish, pork, chicken or steak a mild smokey flavor. 
  • Grind some smoked salt on your garden ripe tomatoes or add it to your vinaigrette for a smoked tomato flavor.
  • You could grind some smoked salt into your favor chili or tomato soup.  Add to marinades and dressing for a subtle smoked flavor.
