"Cali" Guacamole Seasoning “Cali”, short for California, is an easy way to turn ripe avocados into California style Guacamole, with spices like garlic, onion, chipolte and jalapeno peppers!  Just add avocados, olive oil, lime juice and the "Cali" Guacamole Seasoning.  Simple!

Spice Ingredients: Pacific sea salt, onions, black pepper, garlic, chipotle chile peppers, jalapenos, chives and tomato flakes.

"Cali" Guacamole Seasoning is available in a 4 oz. spice grinder bottle and a 16 oz. refill bottle, so you can refill your spice grinder bottle, which can be reused multiple times.

    "Cali" Guacamole Seasoning Recipe Instructions

    Ingredients:

    2 each medium Avocados (ripe)

    3 TBSP Olive or Vegetable Oil (don't use extra virgin olive oil.  The olive flavor is too strong)

    1 1/2 TBSP fresh Lime Juice

    1 1/2 TBSP "Cali" Guacamole Seasoning.

    Method:

    1)  Dice two medium size ripe Hass avocados.  Do this by cutting then in half and removing the pit.  Cut ½ inch slices both vertically and horizontally and use a spoon to remove avocado from the skin. - Figure 1.

    2)  Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 ½ tablespoons of fresh lime juice (bottled juice if you prefer, it’s quicker) and grind 1 ½ tablespoons "Cali" Guacamole Seasoning.  Note: You could grind the spice mix with an electric spice grinder if you are doing a larger batch.

    Combine the avocado, olive oil, lime juice and Guacamole Seasoning.

    Figure 2.  Combine all the ingredients.

    3)  Mix together and let rest for at least 20 minutes for the flavors to release.
