Porcini Mushroom Sea Salt

Porcini Mushroom Sea Salt - This is all natural sea salt infused with real porcini mushrooms.  Porcini mushrooms are one of the most famous and prized Italian mushrooms.  This salt brings out that incredible mushroom flavor and aroma.

As with most infused sea salts, they should be used as a finishing salt, meaning that they are freshly ground onto your food just before serving it.  You could freshly grind this on your delicate fish like: cod, catfish, flounder/sole, halibut, etc.  This would also be great on grilled, sautéed or roasted vegetables, rice or potatoes.
