Lemon Zest Sea Salt

Lemon Zest Sea Salt - This is an infusion of all natural sea salt and fresh lemon.  This salt has a good tart lemony flavor and color.

As with most of the infused sea salts, they are intended to be used as finishing salts, meaning that you freshly grind them onto your food just before you serve it.  This salt would be great on your freshly grilled, roasted or sautéed fish or shrimp in place of regular salt.  You could replace your regular salt with this Lemon Zest Sea Salt in your sauces, salad, salad dressing, any seafood (oysters, mussels, clams, lobster, crab, etc.) or even on your fresh grilled chicken breast.
